This policy explains how SecOne4all handles information when you visit the site, create an account, publish community content, use notes or tasks, submit a CTF flag, contact support, or interact with future advertising.
Information we collect
- Account information such as name, username, email address, profile image, biography, and authentication records.
- Content you provide, including posts, comments, private notes, tasks, support messages, and CTF submissions.
- Technical and security data such as IP address, browser information, timestamps, request metadata, and security logs.
- Cookie preferences and, when enabled, analytics or advertising interaction data.
CTF flags are verified using keyed hashes; submitted plaintext flags are not retained as readable challenge secrets.
How we use information
We use information to operate and secure the service, authenticate users, provide community and workspace features, respond to support, prevent abuse, calculate leaderboard scores, send requested communications, and improve reliability.
Your choices and rights
You can update profile information and visibility in Profile settings, delete your account through the account controls, change cookie choices from the footer, or contact us to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or objection where applicable. Legal rights vary by location.
Security and retention
We use encrypted transport, access controls, CSRF defenses, role-based administration, rate limiting, and other safeguards. No system is completely secure. Information is retained only as long as needed for the purposes above, platform integrity, dispute resolution, and legal obligations.
